Generally the most pleasant times to visit Las Vegas are in the spring and fall. During April and May, temperatures in Vegas are particularly pleasant and are usually between 20°C and 30°C. The city is full of swimming pools and these provide an excellent way to cool down when the weather is particularly hot and sunny.

Las Vegas in blessed with sunny weather and there are an average of 315 days of sunshine each year in the city and a minimal amount of rain in this desert environment. Summer in Las Vegas tends to be dry, hot and the sun shines constantly.


Even at night the city's climate remains warm, with the large city buildings retaining much of the day's heat. Winter here is quite different, with windy, chilly weather during the day and cold nights during December, January and February. Whatever the weather, there is always plenty to see and do, particularly if you are looking to get married or play roulette.
