Las Vegas Art Galleries

(Las Vegas, Nevada - NV, USA)

Las Vegas Art GalleriesThe art scene of Las Vegas is surprisingly well developed for such a brash casino city. A number of galleries stand out in particular, such as the enormous Las Vegas Art Museum (LVAM) on West Sahara Avenue, which shares its premises with the Sahara West Library and is a Smithsonian affiliate.

Also especially commendable is the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art - where themed exhibitions are rotated on a regular basis, and the Art Encounter - where local Nevada artists are championed. For something a little out of the ordinary, check out the Las Vegas Neon Museum at the Fremont Street Experience. Here you will find old neon casino and business signs illuminated in an outdoor space encompassing just over 6 acres / 2.5 hectares.
