View of local cafeThe shopping opportunities in Paphos reflect its status as a leading tourist resort, and holiday makers won't find it difficult to purchase everything from famous Lefkara lace and silver handicrafts, to groceries, designer gear and stylish beachwear.

Many gift shops in Paphos tend to stock all of the usual tacky seaside souvenirs, although within the biggest hotels, onsite gift shops do tend to provide a better quality of goods. The traditional Cypriot beverage of Zivania (distilled Pomace wine) is always an especially popular souvenir, although do be warned - it is 45% proof and so extremely alcoholic.
