Zaragoza Golf Courses and Clubs

There are two main courses in this part of Aragon, namely the Real Aeroclub de Zaragoza and the La Penaza Golf Club. Both of these courses offer excellent facilities, which include equipment hire, instructors, cafés and a number of challenging holes.

One of the best courses in the Ebro Valley area, the Real Aeroclub de Zaragoza boasts 18 holes, manicured greens, a par of 72, a yardage of around 5,500 and a number of sandy bunkers. Appealing to a range of abilities, the course attracts both beginners and more experienced golfers alike, who take full advantage of the excellent onsite amenities.

As well as its ever-popular golf course, the Real Aeroclub also boasts a number of additional reasons to visit, being home to further sporting facilities. These include a large swimming pool and tennis courts, while there is a coffee shop providing basic refreshments. The Real Aeroclub course lies around 12 km / 7 miles to the southwest of the city.

La Penaza Golf Club

Situated around 15 km / nine miles from southwestern Zaragoza, La Penaza is a notable 18-hole course, with a par of 72, a yardage of around 6,700 and good general facilities. Close to the airport, La Penaza was founded in 1973 and offers impressive views.
