Getting around Cabo San Lucas is relatively straightforward and various travel options are on hand. Cabo San Lucas is served by the neighbouring Los Cabos International Airport, which features government-operated minibus transport, offering travel to and from the Plaza Las Glorias every two hours between the hours of 10:00 and 16:00.

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) / Arriving by Air
Los Cabos International Airport is the closest airport to Cabo San Lucas and lies nearby, on the northern side of San José del Cabo. Featuring three terminals, Los Cabos Airport serves airlines flying in from destinations around Mexico and also abroad, such as

Car Rental
Many of the car rental travel companies within Cabo San Lucas include familiar US-based brands and are often extremely good value and particularly useful for day trips to coastal areas, such as the Los Barriles area. BMW motorcycle hire and scooters are also popular alternative modes of transport. Other nearby destinations easily reached by rental vehicles include both San José del Cabo and Todos Santos.
Buses and Coaches
Long-distance bus transport provides travels to and from Cabo San Lucas, being operated by Aguila. The Cabo San Lucas bus station is located on the northern side of the downtown district, next to the Todos Santos crossroads, while a smaller terminal is nearby, on the corner of Hidalgo and 5 de Febrero. Popular destinations connected by bus transport include La Paz, Loreto, Tijuana, Todos Santos and San José del Cabo.
