Well worth a visit is Nice's fine art museum. Housed within a splendid villa built at the end of the 19th century, the building more closely resembles 17th-century Italianate architecture. Amongst others at the Musée des Beaux Arts, works on display include those of Nice-born Dufy, Chéret and Kees Van Dongen.
