The best way to fully experience the spectacular Royal Gorge is to take a train trip along the famous railroad. Lasting two hours, popular attractions include a variety of packages, such as lunch and twilight dinner deals. Seven Falls

This is the only waterfall in Colorado to be listed on National Geographic's list of international waterfalls. Just a short drive from central Colorado Springs, visitors to the Seven Falls are able to drive along the picturesque canyon, past the Pillars of Hercules and onto the waterfall, a series of seven distinct falls progressing 181 feet down a granite cliff. An elevator takes visitors to Eagles Nest platform for the best views of the falls, while a series of walking trails lead to sweeping views of Colorado Springs.
