One of the most famous and popular landscaped gardens in Lanzarote, the Garden of Cactus, known locally as the Jardin de Cactus, was designed by Lanzarote's most notable artist Caesar Manrique and is home to a vast collection of enormous cacti.

One of the most spectacular and unusual gardens on the island of Lanzarote, the Jardin de los Cactus was created by famous local artist Caesar Manrique in 1989. With formal planting areas and a vast collection of more than 10,000 cacti, the Jardin de Cactus stands in an attractive disused quarry and features many large cactus specimens.

An important area rich in indigenous flora and fauna, the National Park of Timanfaya offers a particularly beautiful volcanic landscape, with almost 200 different species of plants. Many geological wonders can be found in the park, including steaming pools and geysers, together with mature trees, walking trails, camel trekking and a popular restaurant, which offers impressive views.
