The very heart of the city is centred around Millennium Square, in the Arundel Gate area. The square stands next to Sheffield's stunning Winter Gardens temperate glasshouse and also the Millennium Galleries. Further north and off Norfolk Row is the city's Tourist Information Centre (TIC) and also St. Maria's Cathedral, next to the Post Office. A short walk to the north will lead you to York Street, Church Street and the Cathedral Church of St. Peter and St. Paul.
