Miramar Palace (Palacio de Miramar)

The beautiful Palacio de Miramar is best known for its superb landscaped gardens, which offer impressive views across the bay and beyond. Dating back to the end of the 19th century, the palace gardens feature many mature specimens and exotic plants. Miramar Palace itself is worth visiting, and contains numerous elaborately decorated rooms and antiques.

Aiete Park (Parque Aiete)

Popular with families and all ages, Aiete Park stands on the southern outskirts of San Sebastian. Once the grounds of the late 19th-century Aiete Palace (Palacio de Aiete), the gardens incorporate a lake with waterfowl, ponds, waterfalls, a playground area for children, giant trees in an arboretum-type setting, a coffee shop and trails.

Cristina Enea Park (Parque de Cristina Enea)

Cristina Enea Park is a vast parkland, offering a range of recreational activities, a large lake and scenic views. With walking trails, secluded seating, picnic spots and sports facilities, the Parque de Cristina Enea is just a short trip from Sebastian city centre and is popular with both locals and visitors in the area.
