Lubeck Weather, When to Go and Climate Information

Standing on the far northern side of Germany and close to Hamburg, the important city of Lubeck is known for its hot summer weather and generally mild winters. The climate in Lubeck is clearly influenced by its proximity to the coastline and therefore classified as maritime.

However, despite the plentiful sunshine, the heart of Lubeck's summer season can be wet at times and visitors are always advised to pack accordingly, ready for both hot weather and rainy spells.
