As Peaceful as Can Be
Ayios Lazarus is that quaint church you often see on movies set in the Mediterranean, with villagers quietly walking around the cliffs to reach it. You're asked to give a small donation as an entry fee and who wouldn't want to do such a thing after having learned about the wonderful history of a building that contains Lazarus' tomb.

Re. Down Down Deeper and Down
Yes, diving great here my friend. The best here is wreck of Zenobia for the diving. Many say it is maybe the best in the world. Of course I love my country, but I think is correct!!

Down Down Deeper and Down
We didn't head to Larnaca for its diving but the activity is definitely one of the town's main draws. There are plenty of companies offering their services with schools and centres advertised everywhere. We were absolute beginners before heading to Cyprus, so worry not if you have no experience whatsoever!

Laranca's Main Beach
The full works can be found at Finikoudes Beach and most of the main activities in Laranaca are found in this part of town whether it be the diving centres and schools, shops and restaurants, or the bars that mainly come alive at night but can still be seen and heard in the day.

Former British Prison
I am fascinated by colonial history, whether good or bad, so I headed straight to the museum and fort upon arriving in Larnaca. This is an ex-prison that the British built, which makes it worth a visit just for that fact alone, but it is now a museum with plenty of artefacts from the Bronze Age. Amazing!
