Nearby places of interest include the Country Hills Park and the Nose Creek Parkway.

One of Canada's premier courses, the Heritage Pointe Golf and Country Club is approximately 17 miles / 27 km to the south, being connected by the Macleod Trail SE and within the hamlet of De Winton.
