Cars and Taxis
The Queen Elizabeth II Highway runs from Calgary Airport to the downtown core, making driving into the city a breeze. Taxis and limousines are available outside of Arrivals for the quick ride into the city, while many downtown Calgary hotels provide complimentary shuttle pick ups for their guests.
Buses
Travelers can choose from three private airport shuttle companies, such as the Allied Downtown Shuttle Service. Calgary Transit runs specific public buses directly to the airport from downtown and three other major metropolitan areas. To travel outside of the city, Red Arrow Motorcoach offers long-distance buses to regional Canadian cities like Edmonton and Red Deer.
