Freeport Museums and Art Galleries

(Freeport, Grand Bahama, Bahamas)

Photo of the International BazaarThere may not be a museum on Grand Bahama as such, but the island is home to plenty of impressive artists and Freeport boasts a handful of well-established art galleries that showcase their work.

Both the International Bazaar and the Port Lucaya Marketplace can get you started on the Bahamian art scene with their galleries. At the International Bazaar, the Freeport Perfume Factory is a museum-type attraction that offers an insight into the world of perfume manufacturing.
