Crazy golf
My son and I are regular golfers, but it would have been unfair to leave his mother and sister at the resort while we went and played a full 18 holes. Thankfully, Golf Fantasia came to rescue and provided a fun crazy golf course that all the family enjoyed.

The best place for a roast
I know I am probably the dictionary definition of a 'Brit abroad' by suggesting this, but the Prince William Pub in Palma Nova is where all Britons or Anglophiles should be heading if they fancy a roast one day. Our family has been coming here every year since 1982, so we're well-known, but I've seen all guests welcomed with the same warm hospitality we are always so thankful to receive.

Re. The beach
Did you not try Es Trenc, Brenda? The best beach in the world, in my humble view, and a lot less full of Eurotrash and rowdy Brits as the one in Palma Nova is. Three kilometres long, meaning that you are always likely to find a spot for your towel.

The beach
Most of Palma Nova was purposely built for tourists but there's nothing artificial about its beach! We were there every morning, and thankfully most hotels have a walkway to Palma Nova beach or have regular shuttles running to and from it.

History
Given that most of Palma Nova is quite new, there isn't much history there unfortunately. History is definitely what we got at Bellver Castle though, which has been around since the 14th century and gives stunning views of Palma in all its glory.
