Edinburgh Markets

(Edinburgh, Scotland, UK)

Edinburgh MarketsThe principal markets of Edinburgh have been held in the city for many decades and provide visitors with the chance to buy fresh, seasonal produce, direct from the growers.

The regular Edinburgh Farmers' Market is held on Castle Terrace, close to the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards and the Royal Lyceum Theatre. Based at Waverley Car Park, the weekly New Street Indoor Market takes place each Sunday and is just a short stroll from Calton Hill, St. Andrew's House and the railway station, being a good option for a rainy day.
