The Cathedral of Our Lady
The Cathedral of Our Lady is one of the main sights in Antwerp and stands on the central Groenplaats square. It is a huge building with a lovely Gothic exterior. It is Belgium's biggest and was built in 1350, although was not actually completed until 1520 or thereabouts. The cathedral tower is the main features and it is around 35 metres in height.

Sint Anna Tunnel
This tunnel was designed for pedestrians and cyclist, to allow them to cross from one side of the River Scheldt to the other. It is quite small and enclosed, so probably not for those who suffer from claustrophobia. Very handy though. I thought it was really neat.

Shopping around De Meir
De Meir is where the biggest and best shops in Antwerp are located. This street is completely free of traffic and in lined by many grand shops and buildings, including the Royal Palace and the Osterrieth House - two of my favourite buildings in the city.
