I'm savouring my spices until I go back!
I too paid the aptly-named Spice Paradise a visit while on a backpacking tour of India and am still using the spices I took home to this day. I'll be heading back to Jodhpur on my next sub-continent trip, if only for this attraction alone!

No competition elsewhere in Jodhpur
Mehrangarh Fort is often regarded as Jodhpur's best attraction and I'm afraid that, after having visited it myself, I can't argue with that. Also referred to as 'Purana Killa', the fort offers great views at least a hundred feet higher than the city's skyline as well as the rest of the metropolitan area and its suburbs.

Learning on holiday but never bored
After checking out the fort and the various attractions within it, the Spice Paradise was next for me and I didn't regret my choice. This is known as Jodhpur's best educational site and the best place for you if interested in taking home some authentic Rajasthani spices.

One for the adrenaline junkies
Venturing just over a mile from Jodhpur city centre, as I did, will lead you to the Flying Fox Jodhpur zipline for all your daredevils out there. There are six desperate ziplines on the tour, which is located in the famous Mehrangarh Fort Jodhpur and this excursion won't break the bank.

Photos next to an iconic landmark
In my humble opinion, any photo collection without a snap of you next to one of Jodphur's most famous landmarks is incomplete, providing that you have already visited. I asked one of the locals if they wouldn't mind taking a photo of our family and he was more than happy to oblige!
