The modern El Paso International Airport is a surprisingly busy terminus, with nine airlines providing over 130 daily flights to and from major US and Mexican cities. El Paso Airport boasts the latest travel facilities and amenities, including several restaurants, gift shops and a well-equipped business center. Located just 5 miles / 8 km east of the city center, the airport features fast and frequent shuttle transport to central El Paso, and there are also plenty of taxis available, as well as car rental booths.

Buses and Coaches

Both Greyhound and Trailways operate coach services to El Paso from Texas and other interstate towns and cities. While you are in El Paso, you can get around via the Sun Metro local bus service, which runs a number of regular routes throughout the city.

Trains

El Paso is on Amtrak's East-West line, with services to the east operating on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Trains which travel to the west can be caught on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.
