Located approximately 3 km / 2 miles on the western side of the city and enjoying a parkland setting, the Truro Golf Club lies off the A390 and is easy to reach, being clearly signposted. The course comprises 18 well-structured holes and stretches for almost 5,400 yards, with a golf par of 66. Green fees here are reasonably priced and are slightly more expensive at the weekends, when it becomes noticeably busier. The Truro Golf Club is surrounded by attractive countryside and boasts impressive views of the nearby city and distant mountainous landscape. Once you have finished your round of golf, the '19th hole' boasts both a bar serving a range of snacks and refreshments, and also a large restaurant, where you can enjoy fine dining whilst overlooking the course itself. Professional tuition is available if required and a golf shop is also situated on-site, where equipment and buggies can be hired.

Sited on the outskirts and off the A39, the Killiow Estate and Golf Club is home to a popular 18-hole golf course, which stretches for around 5,300 yards. Set within a parkland, the course is surrounded by attractive scenery, including a number of heavily wooded areas, with plenty of man-made and natural challenges along the way. The Killiow Estate and Golf Club also features an excellent driving range, which is floodlit at night, together with practice areas, including both a green and sandy bunkers.
