Shenyang Taoxian International Airport (SHE) Information
(Shenyang, Liaoning, China)
The Shenyang Taoxian International Airport lies within easy reach of not only the north-east Chinese transportation hub of Shenyang, but also Liaoyang, Anshan, Fushun, Tieling, Benxi and many other cities across north-east China
, many of which are under a 90-minute drive away.
More than ten million passengers now use the airport on an annual basis, placing the Shenyang Taoxian International Airport just inside China's 20 busiest airports. Most of China's other major cities can be reached directly from here, and there are also direct flights to cities throughout Europe, North America
and other Asian countries.
An extra runway and third terminal now complement the older two terminals, being built to accommodate the facility's ever-growing passenger traffic.

Taxis cost more than shuttle buses, but are nonetheless affordable and available from many taxi companies operating here and across Shenyang. Of note, taxi meter rates are higher during night hours.
On an hourly basis each day, affordable shuttle buses depart for the Maluwan CAAC Tickets Office near the Shenyang Railway Station, while intercity buses travel between the airport's parking lot and the city of Fushun. The bus journey to the Maluwan CAAC Tickets Office lasts between 40 and 50 minutes, while Fushun typically takes no more than an hour to reach by bus.
