Celebrity Spotting with the Star Map
There are actually quite a lot of celebs living around Austin. I was surprised. I had no idea. This is a self-guided tour and was quite interesting. It also takes in some interesting movie locations and places of interest with regards to celebrity trivia.

When in Austin, Visit the Visitor Information Center
A visitor to the city of Austin? Well, visit the Visitor Information Center. It is on 6th Street and is where the Duck tours depart. The staff were helpful and there were a lot of brochures and gifts. We decided to go on the Duck after we'd planned our day and that was even better than its sounds.

Quack Quack - on the Duck
Riding on the amphibious Duck tours in Austin was one of the best parts of my holiday. We started off in the coach touring around the city and then - splash - we were in the water, floating on Lake Austin. Genius! There was commentary on the way so I learned a few interesting things as well, which was a bonus. This really was a lot of fun and I would recommend it.
