Part of Asheville's enormous Biltmore Estate, the Biltmore House is the largest home in the USA, encompassing 4 acres / 1.5 hectares. Sliding Rock

A fantastic natural swimming hole close to Asheville, Sliding Rock is a 60-foot / 18-meter long sloping slab of rock. Worn smooth by thousands of years of water flow, Sliding Rock is a perfect waterslide and fun for all ages. The rock has become one of the main attractions in the scenic Pisqah National Forest, which is situated along US 276, just 8 miles / 13 km south of Blue Ridge Parkway.
