Seasonal Climate Variations / When to Go

The wet season is one time of the year worth noting, between the summer months of December and March. Rainfall during the summer in Juliaca is particularly abundant and can often put a bit of a dampener on the day, particularly for those intending to sightsee outdoors.

However, being the summer, this rainy weather tends to be interspersed with plenty of sunshine, and the high temperatures of 27°C / 81°F or 28°C / 82°F mean that even if you do get a little on the wet side, you certainly won't be cold.
