Huge Swansea Indoor Market
Swansea Indoor Market really is huge and is the biggest Welsh market there is. Being indoors, it's perfect for a rainy day. The building has a very high ceiling and so feels extremely spacious - almost cathedral-like. There is some nice stuff here and a lot of things to eat, including Welsh cakes. Go on, try one today...

Art in the Glyn Vivian Art Gallery
Entrance to the Glyn Vivian Art Gallery is completely free of charge and I enjoyed looked at the collection of paintings by Welsh artists. There are also some nice ceramics and pieces made from glass. This gallery is located on the Alexandra Road and is close to Swansea Library.

National Waterfront Museum - a must for everyone
The National Waterfront Museum is a real star in the Swansea sky and is conveniently close to the bus station and marina. It concentrates on the history of the Welsh and has hands on exhibits, a cafe, gift shop and upstairs balcony, with harbour views. And how much you ask? Completely free.
