Port Aventura
Every holiday to Spain we make sure we find an attraction park to go to. They seem to have way better ones than the UK. Port Aventura in Salou is great fun. We got the Noddy train from the centre of Salou to here. There is a hotel here too if you want to be here all day and don't fancy the drive back to central Salou after.

Palm Tree Paradise
If it is a beach holiday you are after, Salou is a good choice. Whatever springs to mind when you thing of beach paradise, the chances are that Palm trees feature in your imagination. If this is the case then Salou is the quintessential paradise with Palm Trees everywhere!

Re: Beached Out
I thought the walkway or promenade was really beautiful, especially at night when the fountain is all lit up. The aligned palm trees make it that little bit more special too.

Beached Out
Perfect seaside Spanish getaway - Salou does not have that much to do apart from lazing on the beach really. There is the promenade to take some strolls along and some views of mountains in the distance. Pretty nice place in all.

Sleepy Salou
Not that big of a town and not that much too, Salou is a sleepy place. Not that this I s a bad thing really, the beaches are perfect fro lazing on and the food was pretty good. If it is adventure you are after head elsewhere. The town can be explored in a few hours top.
