Maluku Weather, When to Go and Climate Information

(Maluku / Moluccan Islands, Indonesia)

The tropical climate of Indonesia is typically quite humid and warm, with the sunny weather often being a little oppressive and sticky. However, the weather in Maluku is really quite different from other parts of Indonesia, since its seasonal trends don't follow the norm.

The central area of Maluku enjoys its dry season from October to March, and does the southerly region. The wet monsoon climate generally arrives in these areas between May and August. On the northern side of Maluku, the wet season can be expected from December until March, which is similar to the rest of Indonesia.

Seasonal Climate Variations / When to Go
