Photo of rollercoasters at Ocean ParkDespite its inclusion as part of the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong is a destination with an identity all of its own, an exciting and vibrant territory with unique cultural characteristics and idiosyncrasies. Contributing significantly to this distinct personality is the wide range of tourist attractions it has to offer, with something to appeal to not only overseas tourists, but those from mainland China also.

Attractions with the broadest appeal include Ocean Park and of course, Hong Kong Disneyland, both offering fun for visitors of all ages. If you prefer less adrenaline-fuelled activities and tourist attractions, there are also a number of parks and gardens in which to unwind, with the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens being a favourite.
