Visitors to the Artsy Fartsy Art Gallery will find everything from acrylic and oil paintings, to metal sculptures, framed photographs, glassware, ceramics, wooden turned ornaments, handmade jewelry and various textiles, all of which is offered for sale. During the course of the year, several popular events are staged here, such as the Wine Walk, the Pottery Show and the Northern Nevada Youth Art Show.

This established retail gallery store resides on Warm Springs Court, being found close to East 5th Street and just off the Carson City Freeway (Interstate I-580). As well as paintings, prints, posters and ceramics, there are also wind chimes, painted nest boxes for birds and a number of tin signs. Vintage jewelry, basic retro furnishings and some assorted collectables add even more interest.

Timeless Sculptures

Just down the road from the Galaxy Fandango movie complex, the Timeless Sculptures gallery stands on the southern side of the city. These distinctive and often rather large wooden sculptures have been created by the hands of acclaimed local artist Matthew G. Welter and his apprentices.
