Standing in between the Plaza Shopping Center and St. John's Cathedral is the La Quinta Inn on Tulare Street, while on Broadway Street, budget accommodation comes in the form of both the Plaza Motel and the Economy Inn.

Those planning to pay a visit to Fresno's Chaffee Zoo may find it convenient to stay within a stone's throw of this attraction. Numerous popular hotels lie close to Chaffee Zoo, being found lining North Parkway Drive, just off the Golden State Highway. These include the Ambassador Inn and Suites, the Days Inn, the Econo Lodge, the Motel 6, the Rodeway Inn, the Super 8, the Travel Inn and Suites, the Valley Inn, the Villa Motel and the Welcome Inn.
