A Stroll Through Halifax
I went for a walk through Halifax, on the Harborwalk. This particular route took me alongside the waterfront and into the very city centre. The Barhorwalk lasts around two miles and takes you past a number of ships, seafood eateries, a small marina and Pier 21 itself, which is supposedly known for being one of Canada's Seven Wonders. Pier 21 is home to the Canadian Immigration Museum and is a National Historic Site.

Nearby Cleveland Beach
Cleveland Beach is around 30 minutes drive from Halifax and worth driving to. This beach may be small, but it is perfectly formed and away from the crowds. On a quiet day, there is a chance that you may even be the only one here.

Ghosts and Ghouls in Halifax?
Want to find out if there are really ghosts and ghouls in Halifax? Well then, join the city's very popular ghostwalk, which runs during the summer season and again at the end of October, for Halloween. The ghost tours start outside of the Old Town Clock, which stands in Brunswick. You can just turn up and everyone is welcome. Prices are around ten dollars per adult, and less for children.
