Mykonos Hotels and Accommodation

(Mykonos, Cyclades, Greece)

Beachfront island viewA beautiful Greek island offering nothing short of a holiday paradise, the lodging and hotels on Mykonos target the tourist market in large numbers. This is one of the most popular of all the islands residing in the Greek islands and the accommodation scene on Mykonos is booming, with the island currently ranking as a leading international tourist destination, and rightly so.

The price of Mykonos accommodation varies greatly according to season. If you arrive anytime between July and September without first booking a room, you should snap up the first reasonably priced hotel that you come across, before someone else does.

Where to Stay

Otherwise, when you arrive at the island's ferry quay, do pay a visit to the Hoteliers Association of Mykonos, who will happily locate available accommodation for you, but only in person and not by telephone.

The nearby Association of Rooms, Studios and Apartments may also be of interest for those looking for a different kind of lodging.

With so many hotels in Mykonos catering for English visitors, those expecting a traditional 'English' breakfast won't be disappointed. Do note that if you arrive on the island in either late July or early August, much of the accommodation will require a minimum stay of at least three nights, although you may well be able to negotiate a slightly better rate for single occupancy.
