Lantern Ghost Storywalk in St Ives Cornwall
For a great night go on Shanty Baba's Lantern Ghost Storywalk around St Ives at night under the flickering glow of his hurricane lantern. Great stories and very atmospheric. Highly recommended.

The Tate Gallery
We recently visited some friends in Penzance for the day and they really wanted to take us to the Tate Gallery at St. Ives. We weren't quite sure what to expect, but it what brilliant. We didn't have that much time to look around, so just went into the gift shop and a few other free areas, where there were some funky sculptures and things bubbling. There was a big modern stained glass widow, which was nice. If you can, go to the cafe at the top and check of the views from the terrace.

Beachfront
St. Ives has an amazing beachfront, but it sure does get busy. If you don't like crowded beaches, think about going somewhere else (there's plenty to choose from) or come here early in the morning, or later in the afternoon. I quite liked the crowds and enjoyed an afternoon of sun, sand and people watching.
