Each six months, the climate in Solo changes, with the monsoon rains arriving in October and lasting right up to April, peaking between December and March. At this time of the year, rainy weather can be quite dramatic, with tropical downpours and storms. These can be both short-lived or last for several days, although are usually interspersed at some stage with dry spells and sunshine.

Whatever the time of year you choose to visit Solo you should always be sure to bring light clothes, allowing you to cope better with the high temperatures.
