The best way to get around
We'll never forget the scenic railroad we travelled along with Rovos Rail in Pretoria. The best way to enjoy this wonderful country's landscape while it is completely up to you whether you wish to go vast distances from one city to the other or just around the local area and back to the city.

Important monument
The Voortrekker Monument Heritage Site is a must-visit for those that wish to learn more about Pretoria's history. Even though I am a Brit, the plight of the Afrikaners, who were expelled from the Cape, was moving and I can see why this attraction is so important to certain locals.

Re. Animal lovers head here
Luke Elliot, animal lovers should also go to the National Zoological Gardens of South Africa. I never seen so many beautiful creatures in large cages. I seen animals from every part of the world, even my own - South America.

Animal lovers head here
I kindly ask all animal lovers to head to the Cheetah Research and Breeding Centre if they ever end up in Pretoria. It is a wonderful experience and getting up close to these amazing animals is something that will stick for me forever. Wake up early and head here not long after breakfast in order to get the full benefit of the attraction.

Let's go Blue Bulls
I am officially a fan of Pretoria's Blue Bulls after having spent an evening at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium. I never knew that South Africans were so passionate about their sports! Expect cricket and rugby here, primarily.
