This is because Estes Park's summer months are when you are most likely to experience clear days and sunshine, and therefore the choice of recreational open-air activities on offer is exceptional at this time of the year.

Seasonal Climate Variations / When to Go

From Labor Day (early September) onwards, the crowds of tourists soon begin to reduce as the Estes Park climate starts to become noticeably colder.
