Baracoa Art Galleries

(Baracoa, Guantánamo, Cuba)

Art galleries are far from being plentiful in supply in the city of Baracoa, although there are a number in the area. One of the best is the popular Eliseo Osorio Art Gallery, where unusual local works are for sale.

In the rest of Cuba, however, contemporary art is flourishing in galleries all across the island, with many local artists now internationally known and collectable. If you have the time, those in both Guantanamo and Trinidad stand out in particular.
