Tallinn Shopping and Districts
(Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia)
The shopping opportunities in Tallinn present themselves at almost every corner in the city centre, allowing you to find the perfect Estonian souvenirs with ease.
When gift shopping in Tallinn, look out for the woollen pullovers (knitted by hand), the beer mugs carved from wood, the locally made jewellery, Kalev chocolate, Liviko strawberry liqueur, and various hand-painted confectionary.
A large number of the shops around central Tallinn and the Old Town area now open on Sundays, particularly during the peak tourist season. For locals, the SadaMarket close to the passenger port is a definite favourite and is a good place to find fashionable clothing and various cheap gifts.
