One of the newest attractions in Ipswich
As a fan of regional ales, I decided to head to the Dove Street brewery, which is conveniently located opposite the Dove Street Inn - one of Ipswich most famous public houses. There was great beer tasting to be had and information to be obtained at the Dove Street brewery. I deem it worthy of a place on anyone's itinerary.

Tension and drama on matchday
Although I'm a Bury fan, I decided to do as the Tractor Boys do and headed to Portman Road on match day. I wasn't disappointed with the atmosphere but, from a tourist's point of view, I would recommend going in the week and taking the guided tour of the ground.

A lovely English park for the summer
I'm glad you had a lovely time at there, I did too. With English not my mother tongue, I am not able to enjoy the museums as much as others that visit Ipswich. This park breaks the language barrier for me though and it was great time.

A town centre oasis
After a day of shopping and checking out what Ipswich had to offer, we were overjoyed to find the peaceful Christchurch park right in the centre of the town. Our children fed the ducks and then had a whale of a time on the rides as we watched on with smiles on our faces.

A fun night at the theatre
Whichever town we're in, we always like to dedicate an evening to the local theatre. New Wosley is Ipswich's premier theatre, and one of Suffolk's main attractions for that matter. We found it to be lovely with great staff. The production itself was also worthy of the small fee we paid for tickets.
