Re. Honeymooning
What annoyances do you speak of, Shauna? I also spent my honeymoon here. White sands, blue seas, beach huts swaying palms, plus the man of my dreams. A romantic getaway I will ever forget.

Honeymooning
Since a young lass, when I thought or heard of the Seychelles immediate images of swaying palms and white sands came to mind. It was the ultimate paradise and the quintessential honeymoon destination. Some years on and my dreams became a reality, well almost. We stayed in La Digue, in a beach hut with all the luxuries. Although it had elements of the dreamt paradise it was not without it is annoyances, sometimes these childhood dreams are best left as just that, dreams.

She Sells Seashells by the Seychelles
Thinking that you would have to sell millions of the finest seashells to afford a trip to affluent Seychelles? Think again. Obviously honeymooning dominates the Islands but when you are actually there, it doesn't feel like that at all. There are some modest and quaint self catering options, where you can reap the same benefits as honeymooners, the sand and the sea, but with more modesty and less Champagne.

Underwater Pleasures
The Seychelles is a top destination for diving. There is an array of awe-inspiring life under the glistening turquoise waters that, are more often than not, gazed at from a far by lazing honeymooners amidst the sand. For those wanting more action, coming diving here and experience why the Seychelles is a model dive spot.

Turtles!
I am quite a fan of turtles so the Seychelles for me was one of the best holidays I have ever been on. Seeing giant turtles in their natural habitat was one of the best things ever!
